| This is it! LAST WEEK. Last week of being at home. Last week of work (at least for a couple of weeks). Last full week of absolute freedom from school. Summer's been great, but it also hasn't. After going through 9 full weeks of summer school, I thought I was going to make up for lost time by greatly appreciating the times I had with my friends. Unfortunately, plans didn't work out too well. We were all too busy and/or out of the country *cough* Colleen. HAHA. Just kidding. But I do want to thank everyone that made my last 5 weeks as fun as it could've been (give how much of a workaholic I was). Goodbye summer 2006 and most importantly goodbye to all of the money that I made. HAHA.
Second year at UCR totally messed up my GPA! I still have above a 3.0 but as each quarter went by, my overall GPA showed dramatic results...and not ones that I like! So this upcoming fall quarter is all about focusing on school. I gotta try to break my dvd/tv habits. I also got too involved with the fraternity last year - out doing fraternity events 3 out of 5 days, going to a lot of socials, and just staying up all the time. Hopefully I'll still be able to be involved in a good amount, but not too much. We'll see. As I'm approaching to the finale of my college years, I keep realizing that my current status is not up to par with law students. All I do is complain and worry, but nothing is ever done. So hopefully that's gonna stop soon and I can make a difference. I still got time, but not too much.
For the past couple of weeks, I haven't really done anything spectacular. I've gone out to eat way too many times (meaning I spent a lot of money) and increased my chances of high cholestoral. It was all good. One of the best highlighted moments was going biking with Sammy, Cyndi, and Kwok from where Sammy lives to Cal Tech. That was a lot of (painful) fun! While biking, I realized I'm totally out of shape. I couldn't make it up the residential hills around the Pasadena area. I had to walk it. Haha. Aftewards, we watched V for Vendetta, which by the way was surprisingly a really good movie. I was totally confused in the beginning and I wasn't expecting to even understand anything by the end of the movie, but I did! And I liked it. Yay! That was a very good day. My ass hurt for a couple of days by the way. To anyone who wants to bike, make sure your ass is padded : ).
I also went to UCLA a couple of weeks ago for Jon Ma's 21st birthday party. I wasn't sure if I wanted to go because 1) I don't go to UCLA meaning that I wouldn't know anybody except the speech alumnis and 2) you know what 21st birthdays are all about and I'm not about that. But it was fun nonetheless. We kind of had our own non-socialable corner. I spent the night at Cyndi's new apartment, which by the way is BEAUTIFUL. I'm totally jealous. That night, I slept at 4am and woke up at 8am because I couldn't sleep. WEIRD! I know =/.
I bought season 2 of grey's anatomy even though I told myself that I shouldn't. But I did and I'm glad I bought it. Last week I rewatched the entire season. Damn that show is too good. I'm so glad I got into the show just in the knick of time! But that also means I'm guaranteed to spending at least 70 bucks next year for season 3 of both Desperate Housewives and Grey's Anatomy. WOOOO! Hahaha.
And lastly, after two long years of having my crappy ass cell phone, I finally switched to tmobile and got a new one. YAY! I feel so relieved.
I'm going back to Riverside on sunday with my parents and maybe Kenny...meaning that I am bringing my car! AHHHHH. Wish me luck with that, my new random roommates, school, and the internship because anytime now my head is ready to explode with nervousness and frustration. Only tv, coffee, and shopping can help me. HAHA.

| XXAAANNGGAAA. Who ever thought that I was going to stop updating this thing for over two months? Haha. Well, it's probably gonna be like that for now on.
There's about a good four weeks left until my third year at riverside starts. I'm excited, but I'm also not. I'm kind of burned out with school, but hopefully things will change within the next four weeks. I really miss my roommate, Stephanie so I'm looking forward to seeing her again. However, each day that gets closer to September 1st, I can't help but anxiously find out who my two random roommates are. Err...I'm not even gonna find out until I move back to Bannockburn. Gosh, I hope things work out. I'm still really sad that Sharon left. Sharon, if you're reading this (which I doubt), I hope you have an awesome time at UCLA. You will forever be missed in our apartment =(!
Summer can be summarized in a nutshell (which can also be done through the pictures posted on facebook =P):
*Spanish 2 & 3 @ ELAC - Session 1 + 2 = 9 weeks of craziness
*Working constantly - at least 20 some hours a week. Yay! More money : )
*Outtings here and there (which essentially means getting fat and spending money)
*Vegas with Kenny and his family again
*Six Flags! I'm so glad it happened. I finally got to ride on Tatsu!
*New laptop (which I am on right now! Yipeee)
However, summer has also brought along a lot of realizations. I am who I am and sometimes I hate myself for it. I'm as stubborn as stubborn can get, but I'm as emotional as a sad story. It's weird how the two can co-exist in this body. I'm usually not the first one to say this, but I'm sorry. I'm sorry for my behavior. To be honest, a part of me feels like I shouldn't be saying it, but I know I need to so I can try to clear the air. For the past two weeks, I've been filled with a lot of different emotions - anger, frustration, and sadness. I've told the stories to tons of people to try to justify my attitude, but it doesn't get me anywhere. I end up more lost than anything. I've cried over the most laughable things and I tend to jump to conclusions. I'm not sure what to do now, which is why I'm never the first one to make a move. Actions speak louder than words and earlier tonight I encountered something that struck me hard...it was worse than a slap on the face. And tonight was one of the first nights I felt alone. Alone not only because of what I saw, but because there wasn't anyone online that I could turn to. Don't worry, I'm not blaming anybody on that last part! Haha. I'm gonna give it time before I jump to any more conclusions. It's times like these when I really need my sister. I miss you Maggie. I really do. I may not show it online by constantly making a huge effort to make sure I can talk to you every night, but I really do.
Anywho, I'm really excited that the new Jason Statham movie is coming out this weekend! I'm definitely gonna watch it! A couple of nights ago, I was pretty damn bored and I watched a bunch of random trailers on the apple website and MAN! There are some pretty damn good movies coming out, but knowing me, I'm not even gonna make it to half of them. So sad.
And lastly, this tuesday: Desperate Housewives, Season 2 and Will and Grace, Season 5 are coming out on DVD!!!! I'm sooooooooo happy! I'm definitely gonna get them! Yeah, I wonder where my paychecks go to. Yeeeeppp! DVDS! Clothes! Coffee!

Spring quarter is ccrraaazzyyy but very chill at the same time. Here's the breakdown of the past 4 weeks:
*12 units = very open schedule
*3 classes monday, 2 classes tuesday, 1 class wed-fri! OOOWWW
*I got a temporary job at the University Honors Program! I work Tuesdays/Thursdays from 2-5! Yay!
*I llloovveee Phi Alpha Delta! We are the coolest group of people ever!
*Yay to 13 pledges<3333
Anything new going on? WHY YES! I am going to get my car
this summer. OWWW! Aannddd I got an internship at the
Riverside City Attorney's Office suckA! So that's pretty
much it.
Lastly, I hate being vague and being direct at the same time
(oxymoronic? yeah totally) especially on gay shit like xanga, but
people REALLY need to get over themselves. Bottom line is -
people have the free will to do whatever they want and if people don't
like that, then you shouldn't be living in a country like America where
you live your life on some natural born rights. And the fact that
people nowadays care about how many visitors they get through
xanga/facebook/myspace daily are SO self absorbed. Who the hell
cares?!? And if you were directing that shit to me, just say my
name. I'm not ashamed. You may be annoyed for however many
times I visit your xanga, but I'm more annoyed that you are concerned
with tracking people. FREE WILL DAMN IT. FREE WILL!
Just let it go. I know I have.

| RAWR! School starts today. At least I don't have posc 20
until 1110am! But that class is gonna be the end of me.
Posc 5 already tOOk so much energy! A week of spring break wasn't
enough to bring my motivation back. WeLL...it kind of did after I
saw my grade  .
The last half of my spring break was awesome! It was a lot of fun
filled events! On wednesday, Kevin, Kwok, and I drove to USC to
visit Jess and Christina. That was fun! I spent like 15
bucks on 3 tacos that I didn't reaLLy like. Boo. I hate
corn tortiLLa.
Thursday: Kevin and I went to six flags by ourselves! That was
awesome cuz not a lot of people were there so the lines were reaLLy
short. But frickin eye! Since the last time I went (which
was with Phil, Steph, and Phil's roommate last summer), everything's so
expensive! Parking's $15 and the now the admission ticket is
$60. RAWR! At least we had the buy 1 get 1 free deal.
We got to go on aLL the rides except deja vu because it was closed,
which sucked! We ran into a lot of people. I saw eLLen (my
rOOmmate from last year) and the extempers like James Ma, Sara, etc and
Pear. HAHA. Pear, why were you hanging out with the
extempers? So that was dope. The park closed at 6pm and so
I got back in time to watch the new smaLLviLLe episode, which sucked by
the way. I can't believe it tOOk them 3 weeks to come up with a
shitty episode like that. Oh weLL. Next week LOOKS INTENSE!

Friday: The bess fwend and I had a late lunch at Kabuki. Yay for
tempura rOLL and teriyaki! Thanks for treating me out
<3! Then we went to work to try to find some jewelry because
Sophia wanted some. She ended up getting hallmark cards instead
of jewelry. SiLLy! I was supposed to hang out with Kenshiro, but he was no where to be seen. HopefuLLy next time fOOOOL! RAWR!
For the rest of the weekend, I went to San Diego with Kenny and his
family because he has a new baby cousin and they were throwing a party
for him. So we hung out there and ate out A LOT and bought a lot
of drinks. We had starbucks the night we got there, then
jamba/starbucks the next day, and then I had coffee bean earlier
today. HAHA. My face is gonna have a complete breakout
=/! Kenny and I also watched Ice Age 2! It was such a
CCUUTTEE movie! I love it. It's just as gOOd as the first
one.
It's great to be back at the apartment because I get to be around the
rOOmmates (and I get to witness Steph's addiction to Lost season
2). This is a new quarter. New attitude. New problems
to face. I hope this quarter turns out better than the past two!
And lastly, Phi Alpha Delta is gonna have a table at the commons for
spring rush. Come out and rush for the best prelaw fraternity in
the nation! : )
